Decision of the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) regarding the shoreline on the GHYC site. (September 6, 2005 - 200KB)
The DEP has determined that more of the GHYC site lies on filled, public tidelands than the developers claimed. The DEP has ruled in favor of Save Our Waterfront, Inc.'s recent Request for Determination of Applicability that the waterline of the Great Harbor Yacht Club site will be the maps drawn in 1888 and 1894.
